Bob Tullius’ world-famous Group 44 inc. racing team was a mainstay of IMSA competition in the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s. Tullius had a dream to take his team, and the Jaguar brand, to Le Mans, and revealed the beautiful XJR-5 in 1982. It won its class on debut in 1982, and even led Le Mans in 1984. You can complete the set with a matching Jaguar E-Type and Jaguar XJS, also campaigned by Group 44.
